This Boston Cream Cake is transformed into an elegant dessert that is perfect for Valentine’s Day and any other special occasion. I chose to make Boston Cream Cake because it is a big hit at my house, but I wanted to change the look and dress it up for Valentine’s Day. The recipe for BostonCreamCake is the same but the ChocolateGanache I let it thicken to a frosting stage then iced the cake with the ganache. Added my chocolate roses and piped some ganache around to decorate and transformed the traditional Boston cream into Boston Cream (my style).
