On weekdays breakfast is very challenging at my house with school, making lunches(trying to get my kids fed,dressed and out the door on time). But at last the weekend has finally rolled around and breakfast is slower and more relaxing. With this recipe my kids inspired me..and with this ‘no-yeast’ recipe it was quick, easy and painless.
It all started when my daughter wanted cinnamon rolls and my son wanted waffles for breakfast. I decided to try to make both dishes using one recipe (since it is the weekend they deserved a treat). So voila, I made two dishes…. My kids were happy and if my kids are happy, then Mommy is happy too.
