These are just a few types of cookies that I usually make for Christmas and special occasions. They range from Amaretti Cookies, Ricciarelli Almond Paste Cookies, Italian Almond Macaroons, Italian Almond Cookies!……They are crunchy on the outside but so soft and chewy on the inside.
